The flyer above, which is being printed on orange-colored paper, has been distributed to River Forest residents by an unknown person/company. If you receive one of these flyers, the Village strongly encourages you to not participate. This solicitation is very likely a scam and the Village does not allow private entities to paint anything on Village-owned property (i.e. curbs).
