Redevelopment Proposal – River
Forest TIF District
The Village of River Forest issued a Request for Qualifications/Request
for Proposal (RFQ/RFP) for the development of two sites on Lake
Street in the Village. Site 1 is located at the Southwest Corner
of Lake Street and Lathrop Avenue and Site 2 is located at the
Southeast Corner of Lake Street and Park Avenue. Below is
a copy of the RFQ/RFP and the proposal of the developer the Village
will be working with.
