Condominium Conversion Regulations

The Village Board acted on September 12, 2005 to enact new regulations controlling condominium conversions. This action was taken shortly after the State Legislature passed a law allowing non-home rule communities to regulate the conversion of apartments and condominiums. A summary of requirements is attached for your review.
