Liquor License

A liquor license is required to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor. The Village maintains several different classifications of a liquor license for businesses and restaurants. A formal application along with a non-refundable application fee of $500.00 is required. License fees vary with the type of license required.

Not-for-profit organizations hosting an event where liquor will be sold must also apply for a temporary liquor license. A fee of $100.00 is required for each day of the event. This application must be filed with the local liquor commission fourteen (14) days prior to the event for which the license is sought.
