Headed by the Village Administrator, this department is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Village and oversees all other Village departments. It is the organizations primary liaison to the Village Board and is responsible for implementing the policies set forth by the Village Board. Functions such as finance, Clerk's Office, human resources, planning and zoning, public health, legal and general administration all operate within this department.
